Chimichurri Marinade

A classic Argentinian marinade, this is created with an herbal bouquet of cilantro, parsley, garlic, spices, olive oil and lime juice. Use it as a finisher for flank steak, ribeyes or New York Strips or marinate your steaks for 2 hours for more flavor.
